No. Adult supervision is required, so an adult must be present at all times. Adults may be parents, grandparents, other relatives and caregivers.

The play session is 2 Hours of play at your desired start time.

Our facility is based primarily for younger kids. Siblings that are 7yrs- 12 yrs are welcome to use the space as long as they are respectful to the little ones in the play studio as well as toys and equipment.

YES! Any caregiver can bring the little ones to play, but all children MUST have a signed waiver by their parent or guardian in order to play. They can find the waiver on our website.

We have a 5:1 ratio. No more than 5 kids per adult.

Shoes and bare feet are not allowed in the play area. Grip socks are required for all children entering the play space. Adults can wear regular socks. We have grip socks available for purchase at the check-in counter.

Outside food and drinks are allowed (water bottles, sippy cups, toddler snacks) but can not be inside the play area. We do ask that you do not bring cake, cupcakes or fast food into the facility. We do offer a wide variety of snacks and drinks in the cafe!

We know sickness happens, but if you would not send your child to school or daycare, we ask that you please be considerate of the other children in the play studio and keep them home. Any visibly ill children may be asked to leave to ensure that we have a safe environment for all.

Please make sure you have all your personal items when you leave. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you realize you’ve left something behind, come back and grab your items. When we find items that have been left behind we place them in our lost and found. Once our lost and found is full we donate the items in the bin.

We have highchairs and booster seats for our guests to use while they are here.

We are a breastfeeding-friendly facility and encourage you to feed your child however you feel comfortable. We offer nursing pillows, blankets and comfortable seating. We also have a private lactation lounge within our facility for you and baby.

No. Memberships and play passes can only be used within your immediate family. Passes and memberships can not be used by anyone outside of your family.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at anytime.

YES! We offer parties and private events. You can book these on our websites party page.

No. All of our events and birthday parties are private so you and your friends and family can comfortably enjoy the space all to yourself.

All parties are allowed 30 mins prior to the start time. When the party ends, you leave and our crew will do clean up and tear down.
